April 15, 2009 – Beer Pairing Dinner with Adam Avery of Avery Brewing Co.
Enjoy a unique five course meal that includes two beer pairings -- a “complement” and a “contrast” pairing -- per course. The “contrast” pairings will be revealed during the dinner. These pairings have been specially selected by Adam Avery, President of Avery Brewing Co. Executive Chef and Partner, Mark Monette, will prepare five of his favorite courses to pair with Avery beers.
