Service The Flagstaff House Restaurant Returns or Exchanges • If it is necessary to return or exchange merchandise, please call us at (303) 442-4640 or e-mail us at info@flagstaffhouse.com. • All of our perishable products are guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If a problem exist with a perishable product, credit will not be given if the item(s) are discarded or partially consumed. • All claims must be made within 24 hours to qualify for a return or exchange. • If the error is ours, we will gladly refund the return postage. If you ordered the wrong item or you changed your mind about the merchandise, the responsibility for return postage is yours, but we will happily replace the merchandise at your shipping expense if it is returned in perfect condition and it is not a perishable product (for perishable products, call number listed above). All personal information you share with us is treated with the utmost care. Flagstaff House does not share any information you provide us to third parties. The information you provide us will only be handled by employees of Flagstaff House. Security Flagstaff House has security measures, such as firewall, limited access, and SSL encryption technology, in place to protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of Guest information collected by Flagstaff House. All information collected on this site is stored on secured servers. Shipping Charges& Requirements All perishable orders are shipped by overnight delivery and all non perishable orders are shipped ground by default unless customer selects other shipping option. We cannot overnight deliver products to P.O. boxes so you will need to provide a street address. All overnight deliveries will require a signature for delivery so the receiving party should be available upon delivery. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM MST to be processed for next day delivery. All orders received after 2:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day. We can take no responsibility for delayed deliveries due to Acts of God, heavy holiday shipping schedules, or incomplete/incorrect delivery information. Flagstaff House reserves the right to pass along any additional charges due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer. Cancellations or Modifications Cancellations or modifications of an order needs to be placed at least 2 days before delivery date. If you need to cancel or modify an order that has been placed, you must call Flagstaff House at (303) 442-4640 to make the adjustments. Please have your order number and billing address available when requesting a cancellation or modification. Payment Methods We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. |
