Rated one of the top five cooking demonstrations in Colorado by Sunset Magazine, Wine, Dine and Cook with Chef Mark Monette includes the preparation of three courses followed by a sit down gourmet lunch. Each course will be paired with a special wine.
While Chef Mark will share various cooking techniques from the Flagstaff House, guests will also receive wine education. Guests will learn about the flavors of the wine, and how and why certain wines are paired with the foods we are preparing.

Private Instruction: Do something different for your next party, get-together,or corporate off-site event. Private cooking classes, provided by Executive Chef and Partner Mark Monette, are available for groups of 20 or more.
