Enjoy a three-course cooking demonstration followed by a sit down gourmet lunch out on our beautiful terrace overlooking Boulder.

Rated one of the top five cooking demonstrations in Colorado by Sunset Magazine, Wine, Dine and Cook with Chef Mark Monette includes the preparation of three courses followed by a sit down gourmet lunch. Each course will be paired with a special wine.

While Chef Mark will share various cooking techniques from the Flagstaff House, guests will also receive wine education. Guests will learn about the flavors of the wine, and how and why certain wines are paired with the foods we are preparing.

Our next cooking demonstration will be held on Friday, April 13, 2007 beginning at 11:00 a.m.

Private Instruction: Do something different for your next party, get-together,or corporate off-site event. Private cooking classes, provided by Executive Chef and Partner Mark Monette, are available for groups of 20 or more.
