Our Colorado Lamb Loin is fully trimmed, marinated in extra virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary and garlic and is shipped in three ounce portions (uncooked), served with double lamb chop (approx three ounces)which has been crusted with Dijon mustard and rosemary bread crumbs and three ounces of lamb shank (fully prepared). Included in your order will be truffled white polenta and ratatouille of vegetables. (Shipping not included)
