The acclaimed Flagstaff House Restaurant invites you to enjoy a unique five course meal that includes two beer pairings, a “complement” and a “contrast” pairing, per course. The “contrast” pairings will be revealed during the dinner. These pairings have been specially selected by Adam Avery, President of Avery Brewing Co.

About Chef Monette:
Chef Mark Monette has been responsible for the culinary delights at Flagstaff House since 1985. His unique style of cooking incorporates French cuisine with Asian accents, brought together by his training in several Michelin Three Star restaurants in France and restaurants in New York City and the Orient. At the Flagstaff House, Chef Mark Monette has had the pleasure of preparing a special menu for the Emperor and Empress of Japan, Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko, as well as the Prime Minister of Japan, Ryutaro Hashimoto, and his foreign ministers.
